Documents required before your § 341 Meeting of Creditors are as follows:

ID:  One of the following - Driver's license, US Government ID, State ID, passport, military ID or resident alien card.

Proof of Social Security Number: One of the following – Social security card, pay stub with full social security number, W-2 Form, IRS Form 1099, or Social Security Administration (SSA) Statement.

Please see Blue Stylus for other required documents.  If documents are NOT provided at least seven (7) days prior to your 341 Meeting of Creditors, your hearing may be adjourned.
